How We Work
Every project follows the same four stages. Nothing is built until it has been planned, priced and approved.
Consultation & site visit
We discuss your goals, inspect the site and confirm the scope, access and any licensing or permit requirements. Free initial consultation by phone or WhatsApp, site visit to measure and photograph, review of plans and reports.
Quote & planning
You receive an itemised quote and a programme showing trades, materials and milestones. Itemised pricing with no hidden extras, dated programme by stage, written scope so everyone agrees what is included.
Construction
Our team builds to plan with daily supervision, safety checks and progress updates to you. Licensed supervisor on site, trades booked in sequence, progress reports at each milestone.
Inspection & handover
A final quality walk-through with you, defects resolved, and your completed project handed over clean. Joint inspection against the scope, defects fixed before sign-off, site cleaned and documentation handed over.
Communication throughout
Naresh is your single point of contact. You will hear from him before each stage starts and when it is complete, and you can reach him on WhatsApp during working hours for anything in between.
Variations are priced and approved in writing before extra work starts, so the final invoice matches what you agreed.
