Because our own crews carry the carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, rendering and tiling, fewer hand-offs happen between trades and the programme stays under one supervisor from start to finish.
Every build moves through the standard stages: site preparation and slab, frame, lock-up, fixing and completion. You receive a stage-by-stage programme at quote time and progress updates as each stage is signed off.
